Resist the urge to bookmark your ideas for later

Have you ever had an idea to try something at your piano, but you were so intimidated by the idea that you ended up "bookmarking" it for later? Maybe you tell yourself you need to prepare for it better, like building more skills first or "getting in the right head space."

If you notice this pattern in yourself, today I'd like to encourage you to develop a little more urgency to pursue your ideas when you get them.

Here's my perspective on what's really going on when we push our ideas off, and a mindset shift that might help you build courage to take a musical leap of faith. I hope this reflection helps you expand your creative experience! :)
